MANILA, Philippines—President Benigno Aquino III has appointed NBN-ZTE scandal witness Jarius Bondoc as a member of the board of directors of a sequestered company.
Bondoc, a columnist for the Philippine Star, was appointed as one of the directors of the Independent Realty Corp., a firm under the control of the Presidential Commission on Good Government, deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte announced in Malacañang.
Bondoc's appointment was one of several Valte announced on Wednesday afternoon
